We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce assistant to join our vibrant team. As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow too, working alongside our talented team, not only will you be able to develop your skills but we want you to bring your own thinking and ideas to the table.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating product listings across multiple sales channels including Amazon and Ebay.
  • Updating and creating A + content on Amazon listings to reflect changes and improvements on the website.
  • Website maintenance tasks through WooCommerce including descriptions, SEO content and updating imagery.
  • Utilising Photoshop to edit and re-size images from photoshoots and create dimension images to be used on all platforms.
  • Price and stock updates on all channels including UK and EU through the order and stock management system Linnworks.
  • Reporting and analysing key metrics.
  • Ongoing research into improvements of all sales channels.
  • Assisting the Head of Digital and Creative Digital Executive in daily tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent University graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn and is looking to gain more skills and develop their career, within a fun and hard-working environment.

Person Specification:

  • Relevant degree in Business or demonstrative experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities:

• Working alongside the Creative Director to propel the CARME brand, whilst maximising sales and exposure for the brand and website across all social channels.

• You must have a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, especially key platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube etc.

• Creating on-brand engaging visual content for social media platforms, creating new initiatives to grow the social media and brand awareness.

• Scheduling content for social media platforms using campaign imagery and relevant UGC. Spotting and acting on current and new trends and insights executing best practice across all social media platforms.

• Paid social ads and budget management.

• SEO copywriting for website, blog

• Updating the homepage and banners to keep the site looking fresh and engaging for customers.

• Influencer outreach and talent management negotiate terms and agreements

• Organising and overseeing photoshoots or similar events planning and management.

•Working to targets/goals, producing weekly and monthly analytics along with key KPIs.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within beauty, fashion, or home decor.

• Creative thinker and proven ability in bringing ideas to life and think outside the box

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills. Keen attention to detail.

• Proactive and will take initiative and positive flexible mindset.

• Must have experience of scheduling content on either Hootsuite, Later, Planoly or equivalent.

• Must have previously used content creation software to produce graphics, banners, and social content.

• Ability to produce excel reports.

• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

• A successful candidate must have a “can do” attitude and team player

•Experience of managing/reporting on social media platforms (Required).

Skills Required:

• Candidates must be able to manage time, accordingly, use own initiative and have the ability to work independently and as a team within a fast-paced environment.

Must be competent with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Social Media experience, ideally in fashion, interiors or beauty across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube and Twitter.

• Excellent English and Maths, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of SEO copy is viewed as a plus.

• Familiar with Google Analytics is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Dealing with classified and confidential documents and information.
  • Managing the daily running of the office.
  • Working with external companies to discover potential business partnerships.
  • Being the first point of contact for most external third parties before introducing them to the Managing Director and CEO
  • Diary management of the Managing Director and working with Department individuals to allocate internal company meetings.
  • Assisting the Managing Director and Creative Director with any required personal tasks.
  • Attending and taking meeting minutes, and following up with notes and actions, delegating to the relevant individual(s) and chasing for updates.
  • Collating meeting agenda’s and where relevant, supplying these to other meeting attendee(s).
  • Utilising Excel spreadsheets to offer quote comparisons for the Managing Director and CEO.
  • Liaising to organize logistical operations
  • Assisting with photoshoots.
  • Arranging legal documents and contracts.
  • Looking for products or companies that violate our Intellectual Property
  • General running of office including holiday schedule / the ordering of stationery and supplies.

Person Specification:

  • Dynamic and impeccably presented individual with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be very pro-active, open to learning and capable to work under pressure and use on own initiative, prioritisation skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations, you'll have the ability to work independently and multitask. You'll have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
