No absolutely not! You can checkout as a guest to complete your order and you’ll still receive updates to your email once your order has been dispatched.

We provide all the screws you need to set up your order however, there are some products that you may need a standard Phillips head screw driver to complete the set-up. However, there are no electrical drills or other tools required.

Our Hollywood bulbs are made to last for over 100,000 hours of use. We use high quality LED light bulbs that are energy efficient, allowing you maximum usage for your mirror!
In the rare event that the light stops working on your mirror, please GET IN TOUCH and our Customer Service team will look into this for you!
Our products vary in how they are powered – you can see against each individual item if its battery operated or powered by a plug.
We offer free standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes but Non-UK Mainland and European orders will be subject to a delivery charge. For full information on the delivery charges to each country and delivery upgrades for UK Mainland, please see our delivery information.
We don’t expect any countries to apply additional charges such as custom’s fees but in the event these will be applied, it is not our responsibility to notify you or cover these charges.
