We hope you will be happy with your newest purchase from CARME. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return items which is why we have set out our returns policy below with everything you need to know.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on most products. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order within its original packaging.
We require the item back in the unused, free from defects and repackaged correctly with any additional accessories and/or fixtures. You will need to contact us for the return address and to also make us aware of the return prior to returning this to us.
We are unable to issue any refunds for any returns processed outside of our 14 day returns policy.
Any products returned to us in a damaged, faulty or unacceptable condition will be subject to a deduction in refund costs.
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items so to return your item back to us, you need to return this back to us yourself at your own cost via the courier of your choice.

HELP! MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT CAN I DO?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item who will be happy to help you.
We will require photographic evidence of any faults or damages on your item to be sent over with your order reference via Email.
With faulty items, we will always look to provide you with a replacement part(s) to avoid you having to return the whole item but please contact us and provide us with your order number and contact details so we can resolve this for you.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days for us to process and depending on the condition of the return, we will process your return as soon as possible. As long as your return adheres to our returns policy, we will always refund you the same way you paid for your product.
For items paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method provided on the order.
