Where is my order?

***Tracking is only available on orders that have been dispatched***You will be notified via email if your order has been dispatched and you will also receive tracking information within the same email.
Follow the tracking link which will redirect you to the courier’s website where you will be able to track and find your parcel.
If you have not received an email with tracking information, please enter your order number below (this can be found on your order confirmation).

Orders to certain destinations are classed as Non-UK Mainland with our couriers. These are, but not limited to, Scottish Lowlands, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, and Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free standard delivery or any express delivery options to the below postcodes:

I am outside of the UK, will I have to pay any additional charges to receive my parcel?

 

If you are based in Europe or Ireland, the good news is that there are no hidden or surprise fees! Any additional fees including Duty & VAT are already included within the price of your product so there will be nothing extra for you to pay on arrival of your order.

 

What if I haven’t received my full order?

If you are missing part of your order, don’t panic! It’s possible that it could have been sent in more than one parcel.

If this is the case, you will receive tracking information for both parcels. This will be likely if you have ordered more than one item.

If you have only been sent one tracking number and haven’t received all of your items, please contact us as soon as possible and a member of our customer service team will help!
