WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Tracking is only available on orders that have been dispatched. You will be notified via email if your order has been dispatched and you will also receive tracking information within the same email. Follow the tracking link which will redirect you to the courier’s website where you will be able to track and find your parcel. If you have not received an email with tracking information, please contact us here (this can be found on your order confirmation).

Orders to certain destinations are classed as Non-UK Mainland with our couriers. These are, but not limited to, Scottish Lowlands, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Northern Island.

I AM BASED OUTSIDE OF THE UK, WILL I NEED TO PAY ANY CHARGES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You may be requested to pay additional customs fees and taxes to receive your order. We are not responsible for the cost of these fees, and we cannot provide the amount you will be charged as this is down to your local customs office and will also be based on your order value.
If you do not pay the requested fees on time, your order will be returned to us and we will not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable parcels under these circumstances.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS FOR ORDERING MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
Unfortunately, due to increased shipping costs from our couriers, we have had to make the decision to charge per item on orders to Ireland and Europe Mainland only. For one item, it will be £50 shipping cost, for two items it will be £100 shipping (including combination sets) and for three or more items it will be £150 shipping. This is non-refundable and does not cover customs or duty taxes.
WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER?
If you are missing part of your order, don’t panic! It’s possible that it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will receive tracking information for both parcels. This will be likely if you have ordered more than one item. If you have only been sent one tracking number and haven’t received all of your items, please contact us as soon as possible and a member of our Customer Service Team will help!
We hope you will be happy with your newest purchase from Carme Home. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return items which is why we have set our returns policy below with everything you need to know.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on most products. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order within its original packaging.
We require the item back in the unused, free from defects and repackaged correctly with any additional accessories and/or fixtures. You will need to contact us for the return address and to also make us aware of the return prior to returning this to us.
We are unable to issue any refunds for any returns processed outside of our 14 day returns policy.
Any products returned to us in a damaged, faulty or unacceptable condition will be subject to a deduction in refund costs.
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items so to return your item back to us, you need to return this back to us yourself at your own cost via the courier of your choice.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days for us to process and depending on the condition of the return, we will process your return as soon as possible. As long as your return adheres to our returns policy, we will always refund you the same way you paid for your product. For items paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method provided on the order.
