Returns and Cancellations
If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on most products. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order within its original packaging.
We require the item back in the unused, free from defects and repackaged correctly with any additional accessories and/or fixtures. You will need to contact us for the return address and to also make us aware of the return prior to returning this to us.
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items so to return your item back to us, you can either arrange the return yourself or we can arrange for a label to be sent to you. Please note that if you opt for us to provide a returns label for an unwanted item, this will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days for us to process and depending on the condition of the return, we will process your return as soon as possible. As long as your return adheres to our returns policy, we will always refund you the same way you paid for your product.
For items paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method provided on the order.
As we do not offer free returns, you can send your parcel back to us at CARME HOME LTD, MW Fulfilment Services Ltd, Units 5 & 6, Broadfield Business Park, Heywood, OL10 2TA with a courier of your choice. If you would like us to take care of the nitty gritty bits, we can send you a shipping label however, the price of the return shipping with be deducted from your overall refund and the remaining will be refunded in full. We are unable to issue any refunds for any returns processed outside of our 14 day returns policy.
If you have made an accidental order and want to cancel straight away, we will do everything we can to cancel your order however, in some cases we may not be able to do anything and you will have to wait for the order to arrive and return.
