If you DO NOT agree to these terms, you may not use this site or place an order with us. reserves the right to alter, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by such alterations, modifications and updates. 

The information contained in this Site, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the Site but may be subject to change. When the Terms and Conditions have been updated, it will show at the top of the document as “Last Updated”. By using the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and bound by the rules, as changed. Any such changes will not affect the terms of sale applicable to orders accepted by us Carme prior to the date of such changes. 

The design, text, graphics and the arrangement of our website is property of Carme Home, all rights reserved. The use of the Hollywood LED Bulb is prohibited for manufacturing by any other company other than Carme, all rights reserved. Permission is granted to you to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of using this as an information source. By placing an order with us, you are accepting that you have acknowledged our terms and conditions and understand that you have an obligation to pay for the products on the order if we accept the order. 

When going through our order process, ensure that you check and amend any errors that may have occurred before checking out. Please take time to check your order at each stage of the order process to prevent delays. 

All orders are subject to the acceptance of the order by us. We will send you a confirmation email via email once we have received and accepted your order. We will take payment from your chosen payment method and we will send you a further email to confirm when your order has been dispatched with tracking information from the courier. 

Once an order has been accepted, we cannot stop an order once it has been dispatched to you. If you have changed your mind, you may reject delivery or return the products to us in relation to the returns policy. 

Before ordering from us, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the full ability to receive the products that you wish to order. This includes ensuring that the items will fit freely through your door and have in place someone who will be able to take the parcel in as our driver will only bring it to the door and no further. 

Please ensure that your contact details are up to date to ensure that we can contact you if necessary, about your order or the delivery. 

Our products are manufactured and marketed for residential use and we do not make any guarantees about their performance in a commercial environment. We have no liability for loss of earnings, loss of profit, or loss of business. 

Prices and availability of products on the website are subject to change without notice. While we try our best to ensure that there are no errors on our website ensuring item dimensions, descriptions and details are correct. As well as ensuring our prices and other information about us and our products are accurate and up to date, errors can still occur. Once errors have been discovered, they will be correct straight away and we reserve the right to revoke any incorrect offer or inaccuracies. If we notice an error that impacts your order, we will notify you as soon as we can and will provide you with the option to cancel in full or in part (the part of your order affected). If you choose to cancel this order, you will be refunded to the payment method that you chose at checkout. 

We strive to deliver affordable and luxury furniture and we take any complaints about the quality of our work extremely seriously. Our products go through quality control before leaving the factory however, errors can still occur. If one of our products arrives with manufacturing defaults and it’s reported within 14 days, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Contact us here to speak to our customer service team who will help with your issue. 

We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our site. Your order will not be processed until we receive payment in advance of delivery of the products. By submitting an order via our website, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. If, for some reason we believe that a fraudulent order has been made, we have every right to terminate the order. 

Prices are not at a fixed rate and we have the right to change the price of a product when we feel it’s necessary. This is unlikely to occur on our normal range; however, discounted items can return to full price without notice. 

Discount codes DO NOT apply to e-Gift cards, sale items, the Velvet Couture Collection, the Taylor dressing table and the Selena dressing table.

Delivery methods and costs for delivery are shown here under the Delivery information tab and are confirmed at checkout. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery, and we will make every effort to deliver any products ordered within the estimated period and your order will be delivered within 30 days of the contract date unless otherwise agreed. Please note, some orders may require a signature as proof of delivery. 

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstance beyond our control. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will personally take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. However, if the delivery is delayed due to no responsibility of own, we shall have no liability.  

In the event of a failed delivery to you, our courier may re-attempt delivery, leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place. If the courier has attempted to deliver three times but is unable to deliver, the parcel will be returned to the depot which will later be returned to us. We may charge you for the shipping costs if this was to occur. 

If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on most products. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order within its original packaging. 

We require the item back in the unused, free from defects and repackaged correctly with any additional accessories and/or fixtures. You will need to contact us for the return address and to also make us aware of the return prior to returning this to us.

We do not offer free returns for unwanted items so to return your item back to us, you can either arrange the return yourself or we can arrange for a label to be sent to you. Please note that if you opt for us to provide a returns label for an unwanted item, this will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days for us to process and depending on the condition of the return, we will process your return as soon as possible. As long as your return adheres to our returns policy, we will always refund you the same way you paid for your product. 

For items paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method provided on the order. 

As we do not offer free returns, you can send your parcel back to us at MW Fulfilment Services Ltd, Units 17 & 18, Barrs Fold Road, Wingates Industrial Estate, Bolton, BL5 3XP with a courier of your choice. If you would like us to take care of the nitty gritty bits, we can send you a shipping label however, the price of the return shipping with be deducted from your overall refund and the remaining will be refunded in full. We are unable to issue any refunds for any returns processed outside of our 14 day returns policy. 

If you have made an accidental order and want to cancel straight away, we will do everything we can to cancel your order however, in some cases we may not be able to do anything and you will have to wait for the order to arrive and return.

Pay Later in 3 instalments 

Pay later in 3 installments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
